Wow, i just run for 20 minutes !!!

how did that happen ???

Thank you Laura, you said i could do it πŸ‘

im 63 and never run before in my life 😁

what a buzz, i have been home again now for 35 minutes and still can't believe it.

still a bit warm out there , but that was amazing, first 10 minutes went fairly quickly , concentrating on my pace and breathing , the last 10 minutes consisted of 2 uphills and one down hill.

the last uphill being the last 3 minutes of the run but there was NO WAY i was going to stop, i slowed the pace ever so slightly to keep my breathing comfortable .

i find the best way for me to control my pace is to use my breathing as a guide , just keep it comfortable and adjust the pace accordingly .

so many people say this but you need to have faith in this program, IT WORKS.

if Laura (or whoever else your running partner is) says you can do it , then you can .

it's amazing how recovery time comes down as well as fitness improves !

so looking forward now to week 6.

oh, looks like i timed that perfectly, the rain is just starting πŸ˜†

think i'm going to be on a high all day now ! πŸ˜πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ
