Well here last am, the world's worst runner managing to run for five minutes in a row. My stamina has greatly improved and has had a positive effect on my swimming. I get less out of breath swimming the crawl. Admittedly the end of my run is a slight down hill slope but the beginning is uphill so I think they cancel each other out. I'm not really looking forward to the nights drawing in though. May have to to invest in a light.

Well done! Any steps forward, no matter how small, are always good, and you should congratulate yourself! Although it's no mean feat making it to week 5!! Keep up the good work!
