Well here last am, the world's worst runner managing to run for five minutes in a row. My stamina has greatly improved and has had a positive effect on my swimming. I get less out of breath swimming the crawl. Admittedly the end of my run is a slight down hill slope but the beginning is uphill so I think they cancel each other out. I'm not really looking forward to the nights drawing in though. May have to to invest in a light.
Thanks for your positive input last week when my knee was hurting. Good running to you all
