This run was a disaster think I hit a brick wall I don’t no if it was because I felt like I spent my whole time trying to dodge people other runners were brilliant really giving each other space, but it was the parents with children on bikes & scooters and parents on their phones not really taking any notice of where they was walking with their children I don’t expect them to get out of my way but they was running into I felt so stressed. It was 9 this morning so not late so Thursday I’m going out early has possible.

Hey, you did it so not a total disaster! Sometimes having to think of other things helps, but being stressed out isn’t so good. Good plan for the next one... nothing should interrupt or spoil that graduation run... celebrate every step, see you on that podium.

I totally sympathise! I am looking at running in a more open place next time so that it is less stressful having to dodge not-so-observant people, it really did impact on my feel-good vibe for my last run too!
