Went out this morning and did my second run of week nine. I'm actually quite shocked by how far I come using this program.
I've tried running over the last ten years and failed miserably because of loads of things from the weather, breathing or rather not being able to breathe. Even complaining once that I had a pain in my side .(my partner told me it was a stitch and had to run on) later that day I had my appendix removed.
So as you can see my passed track with running wasn't fun so I gave it. Until 9 weeks ago.
I'm really proud of myself. I plan runs on Google maps. I buy running magazines. I look at trainers and drool over them
I won't booze the night before a run and always get plenty of sleep. I'm almost sad that I'm at the end of the app . When I sit in the car I think to myself oh gosh I have run all the way up here . I watch other people running and see whether they have good technic .( I'm almost obsessed )
So thanks for your support you lovely lot cos without you all and the positive praise I may have given up.

It becomes an obsession doesn’t it? I am constantly on websites looking at clothes and accessories! Well done on getting so far - you must be so happy 😀 this programme is amazing and really really works! Good luck with your final run and graduation 👩🎓 xx
Glad so many people are experiencing the same thing I am. I feel fantastic for running and I can see how much I am altering my life (alcohol being a great example) to fit around my runs.
Me too - although I’m a couple of weeks behind you - dropped the alcohol now totally and think twice before eating anything these days, having had gut ache on runs from bad food choices! Transformational! 🤣
I did this run today to!. We shall crack the virtual champagne together on graduation day!. .... saying that I might give it 2 days till my final week 9 run so you can have a glass for me !. WOO HOO!. such a great feeling to achieve a massive challenge you’ve set yourself. You talked the talked and walked the walk 👍
