Yay, did W8R3 this afternoon! Still finding it tough at the end. I ALMOST gave up and went back to walking in the final 10 mins as I didnt feel I had it in me, but again it was during an incline, so I gave myself a mental kick up the arse, slowed down a bit (and I run slow already!), and just gritted my teeth and kept going, taking a sharp turn away from the incline into the muddy park to run on flat ground. When Laura told me I had 5 mins left, I had to switch to Japanese Slow Running again. God bless the person that posted the link to Japanese Slow Running all those weeks back, as it has saved me on several runs. I know it's not any sort of failure to drop back to walking, but having got this far (only 3 runs until graduation), I am stubbornly determined to RUN every run from start to finish, and not walk any sections. My body can do it, Laura keeps telling me that, so it's down to a mental battle when that nagging little voice in my head says 'I cant go on..'. The app is brilliant at drumming into you that you ARE capable, if you can just believe in yourself. Hats off to the person(s) who developed this app. 👏👏

Slow and steady wins this race, very well done for keeping going
Hi well done! What is Japanese slow running? 🤔
Someone posted a link to it on here in January when I had just started C25K. Look for the YouTube video with the old man and the young woman on a race track. Cant seem to link it from my phone. DONT Google Japanese Slow Motion running as you will get something totally different🤣
Brilliant attitude! You’ve got this 👍
Great mind set 😄 I have never heard of Japanese running, gonna Google it 🤨
