Week 9 run 3 - Graduation ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŽ“

Wow! 9 weeks ago I never thought I would get this far.... I didnโ€™t actually think Iโ€™d manage the 3 mins runs let alone running for a whole 30 mins.... although today I ran for 35 because I accidentally pulled out my headphones and didnโ€™t realise the app had paused ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ I only realised because I had gone past half way without recognition from Sarah.

If anyone reading this is just starting out, you can do this... if I can anyone can! Slay the gremlins (thatโ€™s the voice in your head that tells you not to bother and you should be at home eating cake ๐Ÿฐ)

I have really loved this journey, thanks for all the support!

Iโ€™m going to keep running as Iโ€™ve not managed the 5k in 30 mins yet... but I will let you know when I do! Also looking forward to some more treadmill runs and park runs too!

That exactly what I thought! Itโ€™s insane to think I can run that far and today I really enjoyed it, and added an extra block to my run ๐Ÿ˜Š

Wow! Well done! I'm on Week 3 so a third of the way through; I love reading about other people's journeys and success as it makes me feel as if I can do it too. Enjoy ALL the cake!!!

I was exactly the same and those people are now Week 6 bridge to 10k ๐Ÿ˜ณ that wonโ€™t be me, I want to hit 5k in 30 mins first and then weโ€™ll see ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Very well done, this really is a brilliant concept isnโ€™t it, the C25K! Like you, I have loved it..... mostly! Check out JuJu on the bridge to 10k. I am going to start next week.. weโ€™ll done!

My Gremlins started around week 6/7 I think it was the thought of the long runs, I change my route and made sure that my playlist was tracks that kept my pace. As soon as I started to think about turning round and going home I said no, we are doing this and kept going... by half way I was fine ๐Ÿ˜Š
