After my problem completing Week 7 Run 3 last Friday, I had a day’s rest and I tried again. I slowed down the pace and completed the run with no problems.
Just been out for Week 8 Run 1. I did the 28 minutes and I kind of enjoyed it 😳
Thanks so much for all the support on here. It makes such a difference.

Great job. Dropping the pace is always the best way to approach a longer run... and it leaves that pace in the legs for when you really want to use it. Have a fab run 2
What a star you are! Well done. By discussing problems we have, it makes it so much easier for others to believe they can overcome their issues too. Happy running...brilliant that you are getting through week 8. 🤝👍🏃♀️
Thank you so much! I want to return the favour and support others starting the programme once I've finished (and that's when I finish and not if - I'm determined).
