Just completed run 3 of week 8! So happy! Wednesday will be the first run of my final c25k week π (but obviously not the end of my running as I am now addicted!). A huge achievement for me is that since I started c25k, my insulin resistance/pcos symptoms have improved drastically and I have now come off my medication for it. All that just from running on my treadmill in my spare room. I can't believe it π Lost another 5lbs last week too, my asthma has improved greatly and I feel so much healthier and happier. Really can't recommend C25K enough- if you are considering doing it then I'd say go for it and stick it out until the end (even when it feels too hard!)- it will be so worth it!! π
