I started off week 7 with a bang! The first run I did went amazingly well, I had so much energy left in me at the end! Today I completed the third run (just about) and it took absolutely everything out of me๐ฉI had no motivation or energy and I felt really short of breath throughout the whole run and during the last 5 minutes my chest felt really tight! Even when I slowed down my pace it was still a struggle!
I have been so busy this week preparing for an exam- staying up really late studying and fitting my runs inbetween. I sat the exam today, it was 3 hours long and all Iโd eaten was half a bowl of porridge- so maybe this impacted my run?
Hopefully I can get the energy and motivation that I started week 7 with back! Iโm back at work next week, but only part time so it shouldnโt affect my running as I can do these on the days Iโm not in๐
I should also mention that I didnโt do my run today until 6pm, whereas I usually run around 11am, this probably impacted my run too๐ฉ

Well done you're doing great. I found week 7 the hardest. I think it is because it is the first week of constant running but I never looked back after that. Good luck and enjoy your running
Thank you!๐ The first run was great but I seemed to lose my motivation a bit with the other two. Iโm looking forward to starting week 8 though!๐
