Week 8 let’s go!!

Off to a great (but slightly challenging and VERY humid) start to week 8!

I completed the 28 minutes run which I’m so happy about, but made the huge mistake of changing the route to include a big hill which I would usually run down rather than up. Safe to say I’m extremely sweaty and need of a shower but proud of myself for keeping going! 😁

Everyone prefers the downhill bits, but you admit running up a hill "forfun"; is everyone crazy round here, or just us two?

It’s safe to say that during the climb I definitely wasn’t having fun but the smile on my face afterwards said otherwise!🤣
