Just finished first run of week 9, I have been running 30mins + since week 8 so wasnβt bad, had a good run today. Just trying to get to 5k before the end... π¬ came in at 4.34k today gained 0.1k, but a couple more to go.. did the first 15mins at my snail pace then upped it a bit for the second 15 then did and extra 8 on a regular jog and then sprinted the last min just to see how that feels again.
Feels great to have got this far, never would have thought it was possible at the beginning so to everyone starting just keep at it!! X
