Well thats anouther week ticked off. Goodbye week 8.

That was a hot run again so slowed it down again.

I cannot believe that i have only 1 week to go.

Week 9 schedule

Run 1 monday

Run 2 Wednesday

Run 3 Friday and hopefully graduation.
