Right. have had a very stressful week and am incredibly grumpy and about to attempt my first 28 mins. Am hoping this dark mood has a silver lining as the last grumpy run i had was brilliant and got rid of the grump. Back in a bit to update if failure sent me into the doldrums, or if i am flushed withsuccess!

You got this! I’m doing my last week 8 Run tonight (if the sprog ever goes to sleep!). It’s easy after week 7! Go for it!
Did it. Hope yours went well. weird thing was when Sarah interjected with "only 5 mins left" i thought she was about to tell me i had ar least 8, maybe even 10 left. So easier than week 7, or pre run grump really helps!

They did! not only have i just run 28 mins, additionally i am walking home with a huge ear to ear grin on my face, grump forgotten! (um i think i might have found out that running IS brilliant stress relief!). thanks for the encouragement
Good luck!! I’m sure you can do it. The run usually helps me out with stress.
