Well, I never imagined that I'd be able to run for 15mins in total when I looked ahead from Week 3 at the upcoming runs......but I just did!!

I'm delighted with myself and feel pretty good considering that when I started this the last time I had run was at school ....which was many decades ago! I'm loving being coached by Michael Johnson.....I do find it difficult to believe him when he says 'I know how tired you feel' as I'm sure he is a lot fitter than me :-)

I am so thankful for finding this programme as was in a really low place as currently unemployed and finding it impossible to get any interest in me/my skills......felt fat and unfit..... I'm still unemployed but feeling much better about myself! Also, have had the pleasure of rediscovering lots of music I had forgotten about :-))

That’s lovely to hear and i’m sure your post will inspire others, running gives you the time to think or not as you need, it clears out negativity and makes us feel better about ourselves so very well done to keep running and well the music.... just great

Thanks for your kind words - have to say I never really believed the 'hype' about running doing those things for a person - but it really does - I feel so much better about myself since starting the programme.

Also love the positive and supportive forum - it really motivates me to keep going - knowing others are there for you ;-) - so thanks for your support x
