Week 4 R1

Well that went better than I thought it would! Was a little worried about the jump from 3 mins to 5 mins running. Gave myself an extra days rest and got up in the pouring rain this morning to attempt it. I was pleasantly surprised with the result .... managed it ok so this programme really does work!

It does indeed work! Try not to be daunted by the step-ups, they're carefully calculated, well proven and an opportunity to see just how well your training is going 🙂 Brilliant that you went out there in the rain ... you've definitely got this!
