Hi, my first post on here as I am so pleased with myself for getting this far. Never in a million years did I think I would be able to run for so long and in such horrible weather conditions ( I ran yesterday in the rain and wind).I am 60 and was registered disabled 20 years ago,I have over come this with continued exercise, I have a frozen ankle, half a kneecap and one leg shorter than the other after a bad car crash. I was determined to try and run and have managed with the help of the app, I couldn't of done it without it. I hope a can inspire someone to carry on as it is such a great feeling to being running. I am looking forward to running a 5k in April.
