Back on the treadmill today (yawn) but it was enlightening... being dark outside the window in front of me acted as a mirror π±π±π±π±π±π±π±
π‘ my left shoulder is higher than my right
π‘ I swivel my hips and torso, a lot! This may account for the muscle pain in my right pelvis.
π‘my bra is not as supportive as I thought π€£
So I spent much of my run focusing on posture. Straightening my arm swing to a more fwd back motion sorted the hip swivel and allowed me to even up my shoulders. Just goes to show how a little change can have such an effect on your body π€
I also used a metronome to figure out my steps per minute, in the hope I can use this to regulate my outdoor running. We'll find on Friday if it works Fyi 150 bpm
The actual run was much better than Monday, though I was clock watching the last 5 minutes β² π.
Looking fwd to Friday and trying out a Nike guided run π
