I graduated a few years ago from c25k but fell out of running when life took over. So I took this lockdown as the ideal opportunity to get fit again. I’ve really enjoyed getting back into it. Until today!! I had an awful w7r2. My legs were like dead weights and I struggled with my breathing. It was such a beautiful sunny day. I’m not sure if I was just tired or the three bottles of beer I had last night! Lol. Putting it behind me and hopefully will have a better run 3 on Wednesday!

For your next run, drink plenty of WATER, not three bottles of beer, I am sure you will find that run much better than today.
