After being ill on Monday and not being able to run far yesterday, I did try but was still feeling rubbish and only managing 9 minutes running, I decided to give it another go this morning.

Start at 6:20, managed to do 7 minutes running before I had to stop, really wasn't pleased with myself, so I sat around for a while and then when I'd chastised myself enough, I started again.

I'm still sweating more then normal, my breathing is all over the place but I completed W7R2, in total today that's over 32 minutes of running. I had to slow a little more but that's fine.

I'm now a happy bunny again as I was a real grump yesterday, not because I couldn't complete it but because I couldn't run, I love running as it helps clear my head and helps me focus.

I'm still not 100% I don't think with the extra sweating and my breathing being all over the place but, I'll live and I'll run. Lets see how I go on the next one, I'll start slowly again and add a little more in depending on how I feel as I go.

One more run of Week 7 then I'll have 6 runs left, I'm not counting down, honestly ;)

I just realised what I put above, I started this about 8 weeks ago, slightly behind on the weeks due to missing a run here or there but I'm MOANING because I could only run for 9 minute and then 7 minutes due to bot being 100%, 8 weeks ago I couldn't run for 2 minutes even if I was 100%.

Damn, this program is good!!

Don't worry boss, at the minute I'm the proverbial tortoise :) If I thought I was too ill to run, I wouldn't try, I'm not saying I wouldn't be grumpy though.
