This was the view this morning as I finished W7R2 - who would have thought that this was a few metres from the M60 and, more surprisingly, a short run from my very urban home.
Running was no problem. First time out with my Garmin, which gave some interesting stats. Very steady running cadence throughout. Pace-wise, started off very much faster than the rest of the run, then dropped to my slowest then found my comfortable pace, which was then pretty steady until Laura's urge to pick it up with 1 minute to go.
No sign of the earlier pain so think I'm back to normal now.
Onwards and upwards.

Looks nice, I love being around water, going to have to find a route next to a River round here. I have finished W7 myself and found it to be the start of "enjoying" the run.
Monday all being well! I'd hoped to graduate at a park run but because I had 2 extra rest days, that moved it along, it doesn't matter though, I'm not looking at post 30'!!
Thank you. I turned around because I was near the end of my run and there was a main road to cross. But I've looked on Google Earth and it looks like the path continues a long way, so hopefully will see a bit more next week.
Great job... glad the pain has gone. Think I’ve been to that spot many moons ago... before the M60. Forgotten how much green there is around the route... guess it needed to be to build it 😂
