Late night watching tv so felt sluggish when i got up this morning, but finally kicked myself out of bed and out for my run. Twisted my foot on my last run and it hirt later in the day but seemed ok yesterday, didnt do my work out with joe wicks to make sure it was ok for my run today but as i set off i stood on a stone and felt it, didnt think i would manage to finish but kept going nice and slow uneven ground not helping, so went out onto the road and that helped last 5 minutes were the best ended up at local play park with a big field and a small hill, not sure why but decided to run up the hill πŸ˜‚ it was bit difficult but i did it πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ went steady back down.... Didnt want to do a jack and jill 🀣then finished off my run on the field, now i feel fantastic 😁 going to give my workout a miss this week so dont overdo it on my ankle as my running is more important then back to both next week.

Hope everyone is staying safe 🌈and enjoying your runs πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

Aw, we all need a lazy tv session every now and then so don’t feel guilty, but if you do then it sounds like you more than made up for it on your run.

I’ve read that Joe Wicks has a supply teacher (his wife) in this week for his PE lessons while he recovers from surgery. I’m sure he’ll be happy to give you a week off. πŸ˜†πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜ƒ

Good run for you Shat71, I just wonder how many people do the workouts with Joe Hicks then immediately go for a run,
