The torrential rain has finally stopped here in Sydney. A whole week of it! It's put out the bushfires, filled up the dangerously empty dams and flooded large parts of Sydney and surrounds. But now I can run again. Hot and steamy but thatsnot unusual anyway.
Knocked off week 7 without a problem and week 8 here we come.
Good news for Sydney! Good news for you...enjoy! Relax into these lovely longer runs, they are just perfect for slow and steady.... letting these newly forming running legs enjoy their happy pace!
