Week 7 finished, but...

... for some reason I found it hard to get into my stride and to sort my breathing! II realised I was doing ok though, just before Laura told me I had run 20 minutes ☺

However, at no point did I think that I wouldn't be able to do it and just to be sure, I ran my fastest ever for the last 60 seconds.

I went back to the buggy field to try again and found it really nice running on grass, whether because the grass was dry this time or because of my new gel insoles I don't know but it was fine.

BTW, the stride /breathing stuff was before I got to the field, on a road I have run several times.

Hey Ho, never mind, I have done that 25 minutes twice already last week and to be honest when I got home I was feeling good do maybe I was just over-thinking it. The distance was down a bit, number of steps up a bit, no major difference though.

Bring on Week 8, do I meet Julie at last?

So we are both going to find out who this Julie is at last. Glad you finished well. I figure if you've still got a bit of extra left at the end you must be ready to up the time a little. Good luck with week 8. Can't believe how close we are to the end now. 😀😀

And you, I almost feel we are running together. I read your post this morning and said "OldPossum has taken the lead!" ☺
