It took 5 runs but I finally did the last 20 min run. My calves and hamstrings really hurt after run 2, so I went back and runs 1 & 2 again. Did run 3 today in the winter sunshine and it was actually ok (just!)

Yay, well done! I'm going to attempt Week5Run3 for the first time on Wednesday. Seeing posts like this motivate me to go out there and give it a go, rather than stay inside cowering at the thought of 20 minutes non-stop. Great job!
