Well I’ve broken my usual habit of delaying my runs (#queenofprocrastination) and actually ran W2 R2 today rather than putting it off until the weekend 👏🏻

Decided to just get it done, seize the day, got home a bit early and it was still light out so walked in the door, quick change and then went for it before I had chance to change my mind.

Run was okay, think it was a bit tougher with only one rest day in between. My knees are also a bit stiff this evening now 🙈 but hey I’ve done it!

Next run I’m going to leave until Sunday.

Well done.

Make sure you are following the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact and stretching after every single run while muscles are still warm and supple.
