Well I’ve broken my usual habit of delaying my runs (#queenofprocrastination) and actually ran W2 R2 today rather than putting it off until the weekend 👏🏻
Decided to just get it done, seize the day, got home a bit early and it was still light out so walked in the door, quick change and then went for it before I had chance to change my mind.
Run was okay, think it was a bit tougher with only one rest day in between. My knees are also a bit stiff this evening now 🙈 but hey I’ve done it!
Next run I’m going to leave until Sunday.
