Just got back! So today’s run seemed doable until I got to run 5 and that was heard work- but progress from

Tuesday so pleased with that.

Got confused on timings with counting steps and breathing so started counting when right foot goes down which now seems automatic so just need to work

On the breathing. Feeling much more like i can do this after this run 😊

Well done, but as stated in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... don't get hung up on breathing, just do what comes naturally.

Daisy just walk/run & enjoy it...don’t worry about breathing techniques. If you find you are out of puff it’s because you are running too fast...slow it down & the breathing sorts itself out 😊

Well done all the advice I got was run slow not to worry if your brisk walking is faster than your run just run slow and drink plenty everything changes over time believe me. Stick at this you can do it.

I agree with everybody else. Dont worry about the breathing (so long as you remember to do it!), and dont worry about counting steps.

One foot in front of the other is all you need to worry about. And if you're finding it tough, slow down.
