Can't say that I really enjoyed that, but it's done and I'm glad it's over. I hope I enjoy run 3 - on the more positive side I was feeling really energised yesterday and generally seem to have more get up and go which is wonderful! I took my son on a cycle ride. Nothing strenuous but I wonder if that's why I found it tough today?

Difficult to say sometime the runs seem to synch with your mindset and feeling of fitness or well being. And sometimes they just don't. The best thing though is doing them when they don't, because it's always a heck of an achievement when you're done. On your way to W3!

Well done on completing W2 R2😊,it won't be easy at this stage, but is doable and the feeling of success as your confidence builds is what carries you forward..
Try slowing your pace right down on the run sections and feeling a bit more in control. Your breathing will become easier as you get further in to the program. Cycling will be good for you.
Remember to do some gentle leg stretches after your warm down walk while your muscles are still warm. This will help with stiffness.
