I enjoyed my first significant run this evening, and looking forward to the next segment in week 6.
I've slightly changed my route to avoid a steep section early in the run, but it is unlit. As I run in the evening, I bought myself a headtorch yesterday, so was excited to give it a first go. What I hadn't expected was that in the freezing temperatures there's a large puff of condensed breath, which in the torch beam is lit up, temporarily obscuring my vision. Quite amusing, but unexpected!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, running in the cold can be fun
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
Like Mig, I found that amusing! (Sorry!) I now have an image in my head of you running along surrounded in a bubble of cloud almost as if you're wrapped in cotton wool! Brilliant for completing another week, well done.
