Week Two done and dusted!

Just finished my 3rd run of week two. First time I have run in the evening after work and my calves really ached whilst running. I had a good stretch out afterwards and feel fine now.

Looking forward to starting week 3 on Thursday.

Well done! Oh I know what you mean about those aches. Mind you, my legs ache even when I haven't been running... ;-) onwards to week 3!

It's natural to ache if you're new to running and/or exercise but stick with it

Run/walk nice and slowly. Steady, slowly and carefully is the way to go.

Have fun!

It's all in the calves by the way, so look after them. Stretch out post run and be sure to do the warm ups and cool downs. Also taking a rest day is vital
