I'm feeling super unfit...I found that one really tough. The first week was fab and I even did it with my baby in his pram. I had last week off due to lack of energy from a cold and both babies ill too and up all hours, so I dont know if that's why? Did anyone else find this one tough?

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

If any run is tough, just slow down.

Enjoy your journey.

Well done for completing the run. I expect you're a bit tired with all that going on and if you had a week off because of colds etc at this early stage in the programme then I'm not surprised you found today hard.

That said, you did it so just move on with the programme and I'm sure you'll be fine.

Good for you for running with all that going on in your life. Some runs feel easier than others, just keep plugging away and you will get there.

Well done you...I've just got back from W2 R2 and I found it much easier than the previous one. I was dreading tonight so it came as a very pleasant surprise! I spent some time reading the guide which Iannoda Truffe posted to you above, which I found to be really helpful as it's got lots of tips for starting out.

First run back was likely to be a little tougher, but you did it, so well done you.

Just slow down a little for the next one and I'm sure you'll be fine

Well done you for keeping going.

I’m only a few weeks ahead of you, and I also find some runs more difficult than others.

As loads of good folks here will advise us, if it is tough slow down even more but keep going 👍👍

Thank you all!!! This has been so uplifting. I was feeling pretty crappy about how bad I felt during that run, but you've all helped shift that, so thank you so much! I will keep going and plugging through, even if bath/bedtime doesnt come quick enough some evenings 😂😂😵

Super unfit? You sound like superwoman with what you’ve got going on & still doing your run. Well done 👍

I’m a 🐌 runner, to be fair, I think my walking is quicker than my running & who cares, we’re doing it, that’s all that matters, giving each other support & motivation will get us through, you’ve got another run ticked off. Onwards & upwards 😊
