Into week 2! Can’t believe just how little runs in week one have built my stamina already, didn’t even notice the small increase to 90 seconds and wasn’t half as out of breath after each run tonight :)

Ah hope your first week two run goes smooth too, you wouldn’t believe such small steps make such a difference.

Excellent running. That fitness does rise faster than you imagine before starting huh? It’s gonna get better and better as you progress. Enjoy run 2

Hey :) not too bad, start week 4 tonight - bit nervous about running for 5 minutes solid! How are you getting on?

Well done! I'm sure you'll be fine. Just back from w3r2 and it's ok. Now the problem is not so much the physical but the mental and that I find harder to deal with. Saying that, slopes are not great...

Good luck tonight although I am sure you'll smash it!

Oh the slopes, who knew some of these hills even existed until you start running! My last five minutes tonight was a very very slow uphill one, I really wanted to stop - find it more mental than physical too! I just keep telling myself I’ll never regret getting out there but I will regret not going. Good luck with your last W3 run 😊

I know! I planned the return along a flat route... no it's a roller coaster if you try and run it! I suppose next time we are on the flat we will be speeding ;-)

Well done! I’m into Week 2 also and I’m surprised how my aches are becoming less after each run. After the first day of Week 1 it killed me to walk down stairs!!

Ah that’s fab! I think it really helps to think back to your first run as it’s all too easy to focus on how far you have to go rather than how far you’ve come. We’ve got this 💪🏻
