Slow and steady and just one foot in front of the other... oh, relax and enjoy x
Take your time. Forget anything thing to do with speed. When I first started I thought as running as going as fast as you could but you'll see going slow and setting a pace will get you through this 9 week challenge. Also don't get down hearted. You miss a run... so what, just make sure you don't miss the next. Don't finish a run and give up... it don't matter... just last a bit longer on your next try. It can take long than 9 weeks and as hard as it looks, if you take your time and go slow you'll smash this.
Trust the plan and believe in yourself. You are more capable than you probably know........you can do amazing things.
