First run of the week ‘my legs felt very heavy for some unknown reason and it did take a while to get better but having said that l didn’t give up which is the main thing and it was a great feeling to complete the 1st of the week thanks for all the support 😀👍

I struggled today W2 R1 legs felt weak but tried my best to carry on, didn’t run full 90 seconds but did 2 thirds I think

⭐️So good you stuck it out & had that great feeling of accomplishment! Well done!! Don’t forget to drink lots of water on both run & rest days. Often the cause of heaviness in the legs!! Keep to snail pace too. 🐌 💦
