I have just been out for week 2 run 1 - and I did it! It was harder than week 1, but manageable and I am so happy to have completed it. Feel confident for my next two runs this week and I hope that by run 3 I am able to combat the 90 second runs with greater ease.
I hope you don't mind me posting after each run - I really like documenting my journey and feel it keeps me accountable too.
What runs are you doing this week?

I'm so glad you're enjoying it! Well done for getting into the second week. It's really a lot of mind over matter, and you have the right attitude! I'm on week 6. At week 2 that seemed a long way off, but I have been amazed at my progress every week, even though it's my second time around.
Thank you so much for your reply! I really agree with the mind over matter point and think a positive attitude helps so so much. You’re doing so amazing! It’s so encouraging and inspiring to know how far you have come ☺️
I always think, if I can do it anyone can! That's not a flippant remark either. I hated all kinds of exercise from the age of about 13 (I'm now forty........ something) and I would have rather been indoors watching a film or reading a book than getting sweaty wearing lycra. How times have changed - with age comes an attitude of not caring what other people think anymore, and I wish I'd discovered running a long time ago. It just "wasn't for me". It's the only thing I've really ever felt competitive about (only with myself though!). We all need to do something for ourselves once in a while 😊
