thank you all for your support last week. I've now completed W1 and today nailed W2 R1 in the heat. Ollie dog was a complete pest for W1R3 (he gets so excited!) so I'm having to walk him first then squeeze the run in at a later time in the day. It's certainly a mental battle to have to go out and run as an old wobbly obese sweaty granny. But I did it. The actual runs themselves weren't too tough, probably because I know I've done it before. I'm off to Spain for a week with the family on Saturday though, I might spend quite a long time covering week 2

W2 R1- done :)
That’s such a great update! Congratulations on making a brilliant start,
Enjoy your holiday-are you packing your trainers? ☀️
Thanks MissU! I’m considering it but also won’t beat myself up if I don’t … I’ll pick up again when I return. I’m so mentally unfazed by any concerns about getting out of the rhythm it’s hard to believe myself.,my main concern is that there doesn’t seem to be a sports bra tough enough to cope with restraining my current endowments 😂
Try Runderwear... They do go up to large sizes....
runderwear.co.uk/collection...
There are of course other companies doing similarly...
Have fun in Spain!
If you still ponder about sports bras on your return, M&S does surprisingly good sports bras, and their sizes definitely cater for the well endowed runners.
I found Runderwear, who advertises that they do, actually don’t go up to my level of “endowment” 🤣, which I find is disappointing.
Very well done you,,, on the way and looking good ! Enjoy your holidays !
Well done on your run! I have 3 dogs and couldn't even imagine taking them out with me for runs 😂 I'd never get a thing done. Enjoy your holiday!
What a great accomplishment to take with you on your holiday!
The runs will be waiting for you on your return or perhaps you will take those trainers with you...
Keep us posted.
I'll never forget the look Google gave me when we started out on C25K - normally you only get looks like that from cats! Dogs do get with the programme eventually. (A waistbelt bungee lead helps!)
