Muddy whoops-a-daisy w4r3/3🍀 run!

I think I gave a good impression of Phoebe from ‘Friends’ today....

Well I nearly came a cropper more than once and I don’t think this run could have been described as anything other than ungainly due to all the mud! But it’s done ✅😊.

Rather embarrassed 😳 to come across no less than three former pupils and their families whilst I ran in my mud-spattered gear, but I grinned and waved and went merrily on my way! Loved that they grinned and waved back 💕 😊.

Week 5 awaits! Hooray 😃!!

Well done! I passed a business contact the other day. I was at the end and beetroot. He wasn’t even sweating haha.

Just finished week 5. I loved it. Really felt like big progress.
