After breezing through week 4 I did find today’s run a little tougher...it was the breathing but I have had a cold so think that won’t have helped...I was ready for the walks when they came. Slightly apprehensive about the 8 min stretch on Monday but trust in the plan 🤞

Knees all good though still 😁

Trust the plan, you have done very well up to now, you are a little more than half way, glad your knees are OK.

Just slow down some more and you will be fine

Trust the plan.

In a few weeks time you will look back at eight minutes and have a chuckle.

If breathing is the problem, you need to slow down! It doesn’t matter how slow, as long as you are doing the running movement. 😄 Think “gentle jogette” as the length of time increases. 😄
