Just completed W5R1. I managed it ok although last 5 minutes was a killer. Dreading run 2 but have decided just to go at slower pace. If I run for 20 minutes without stopping at the end of this week I will be over the moon πŸŒ™πŸŒ™πŸŒ™πŸŒ™

Well done! We're at the same place. I found the middle run of the three the toughest I think, in mental terms anyway. Was fairly tired for the final 5 minutes, but a last run is always a last run and I enjoy that about them.

When are you planning to do Run 2? I'm planning to go out on Friday morning.

Vivster run 2 should be Thursday if all goes to plan. I know what you mean about the final run it is the last run but I was so exhausted! Funny thing is sitting here typing this I can't believe I've done it?! πŸ˜€

Well done on completing the run! Slower is always good...you can always speed up near the end if you have energy. Good luck for run 2!

Well done I ran W5R1 this morning. I never thought I would be able to run for 5 minutes and I agree with you about run 3 this week, but I'm just going to try my best and hopefully I will get through it x
