Not going to lie, felt a bit odd and 'why am I doing this to myself' was (and still is) a recurrent thought whilst I was doing it, but the feeling at the end was amazing! Just keep going, even if you are slowly jogging on the spot, you are still running!!
I’ve just completed wk5 run 2 this morning & it feels good.
I’m feeling curious/ nervous at how run 3 is going to go, but I’ve felt that way at every new challenge including this mornings run, I’ll just keep on trusting the plan & going with it.
