Hi, this is my first post. Having done no running since I was at school (and even then reluctantly!) I challenged myself to do this programme in an effort to get fitter. It's definitely working - at the weekend I managed to climb all 284 steps of the Arc de Triomphe and still hold a conversation with my daughter when I got to the top. I would have been on my knees and completely out of breath before I embarked on C25k, so I'm quietly chuffed! Posts on this forum are amazingly helpful and motivating. Just wondering how I'll cope with a 20 minute run tomorrow but, as everyone says, the programme really works so I'm quietly confident!

You will smash it! Impressed with the Arc de Triumph, think I might make it my new goal. Last year I walked up to the Sacre Coeur and it nearly killed me! Went last week and felt On top of the world . Good luck on your next run.

You can do it tomorrow, especially if you could do all though steps without getting out of breath. Just remember to take it slow and steady. This programme really works, so I'm sure we'll be seeing you whooping withjoy in tomorrow's post.

Ha ha - I'm definitely slow, and I'll try and save enough breath for a quick whoop at the end, if I make it!!

Thank you - it certainly didn't seem possible that I'd get this far when I started, but reading the positive posts from those a little further ahead has given me the confidence to keep going 😀
