Hi, this is my first post. Having done no running since I was at school (and even then reluctantly!) I challenged myself to do this programme in an effort to get fitter. It's definitely working - at the weekend I managed to climb all 284 steps of the Arc de Triomphe and still hold a conversation with my daughter when I got to the top. I would have been on my knees and completely out of breath before I embarked on C25k, so I'm quietly chuffed! Posts on this forum are amazingly helpful and motivating. Just wondering how I'll cope with a 20 minute run tomorrow but, as everyone says, the programme really works so I'm quietly confident!

Good luck for tomorrow, sound like you are doing awesome!
You will smash it! Impressed with the Arc de Triumph, think I might make it my new goal. Last year I walked up to the Sacre Coeur and it nearly killed me! Went last week and felt On top of the world . Good luck on your next run.
You will do it! You are right to be quietly confident and in the program, it really works. You will feel fabulous when the 20 minutes are done!
You can do it tomorrow, especially if you could do all though steps without getting out of breath. Just remember to take it slow and steady. This programme really works, so I'm sure we'll be seeing you whooping withjoy in tomorrow's post.
You’re right to be confident. The programme definitely works and you’ll feel so good when you’ve completed 20 minutes. Good luck! 😀👍
