W9R1 done but hard work

Another one ticked off but definitely not the most pleasant. I think the pub lunch of fish and chips and treacle tart didn’t help (I was catching up with a friend who’s just got back from visiting family in NZ) I was also aware that I probably hadn’t really drank enough water so gulped some down before I went.

I really felt this one and used every ounce of determination to keep running. But it’s done, I’m putting it down to experience and another lesson learned 😂

Happy running everyone 😊

Well done though you did it regardless! God..I would kill for fish and chips and treacle tart. As soon as I land back in blighty its the first thing I have..have to ask..custard with the tart?

Seriously well done..

Just finishing my drawing now and about to post. It is amazing how much more I have startef to think about the "Alta ego" and started to notice books that refer to it. I really have to work on her education that is for sure. 🙄👍

Well done. The meal may indeed have been a factor depending on how soon you went out. Usual advice is allow an hour after a light meal or snack but four hours after a big meal.

It was a good 6 hours 😔 The trouble is I really like the batter, very rarely eat it because it no longer likes me so knew I was going to pay for it.
