Finally Finally Finally ran for 30 minutes. I was caught in two minds today to run or not to run. For most of things when I am caught in two minds I tend not to do it but with this program and running, the decision is mostly in favour of running. This is the power of this program and running.
It wasn't that hard but I ran very slow. Covered 4.18 in 43 minutes.( including warm-up and cool down). My hope is someday I will run 5k atleast in 45 minutes.

That 5k will come. It took me 7 weeks after graduation. I have now done 5. Not sure if I will make it this weekend as I have not run this week. Patience and safe practice.
Well done and don't worry too much about distance. I was running less than 5k for a good while after graduation. I'm up to almost 7k now, but not on every occasion. I still sometimes just do the 30 minute run and then stop. I think, once you've graduated, it's good to vary time and distance.
