Went after work, not my best time of the day for running. The first five minutes were really difficult, but the thought of all you others persevering kept me going.
Sort of OK after 15 minutes, then hit a hill for the last ten minutes. I'm sure I could have walked it faster.
Here's hoping things will be better next time, early Saturday or Sunday morning.

Keep going, you're nearly there and only 2 more runs to go! I know exactly how you're feeling, I only finished Week 9 on Sunday so this time last week I was you after doing Run 2. I found Run 3 terrifying and tortuous, but the thought of graduating really kept me going as did all the support I've had on here.

You've done brilliantly, finish in style!! x
well done, you there ! you definitely there ! stay positive, you going to do it,no stress! well done!
Oh, well done on doing the whole 30 minutes. That's pretty much it. You know you can do it now, so just twice more and you have completed the course. Then the world is your lobster.
The finish line is almost in sight. Don't you know how fantastic you are? I'm looking forward to seeing your badge! Take a good rest before you tackle run 2 then after that only one more left. I'll be rooting for you!
To still finish that run on a hill is impressive. It doesn't matter how fast or slow you're going up them: a huge well done! I always find running later in the day harder work too, but that's just a personal thing and different for everyone.
Well done!! Blimey - not many of us could finish our first stab at week 9 on an uphill stretch!! That's very good going!!
It's easy to feel like weeks 7 - 9 should be a doddle after the leaps and bounds you make in 5 & 6, but they're not. If they were, this would be a 6 week course, not a 9 week one. A lot of us find these 3 weeks the hardest of the lot. And that's without hills!
If you're still feeling down, just mentally turn the clock back even just a week or two, and tell the 'you' back there that you're feeling low because you could only manage the uphill bit at the end of a solid 30 minutes of running by going slowly...! I bet you're both laughing in disbelief??
Well done again, and good luck for the rest of the week. Just 2 runs to go, and you'll be the proud owner of a lovely green badge! Let us know how you get on
You're doing great - you'll get there, no problem. I had to laugh, I'm afraid, because you are a bit down that you were running up hill for the last ten minutes. Sorry, but that's heroic in my book I only wish I could do the same!
All the best for the next runs - I look forward to reading your graduation blog
