Well did run 1 of wk 2 and found it surprisingly ok! Was a little worried it might be a massive difference were I would have to jog for more longer than I could 🤔 But yay! It was ok I managed it and it was not a massive leap from week 1.!! So still comfortable for me to manage at this early newbie stage. Feeling positive and motivated, Infact actually enjoying it😳 Never thought I'd say that out loud! 😊🏃💕
