A big hi to all my fellow C25Kers!

After completing Week 1 and although achieving it, I was too scared to do Week 2 (never believing I could run 90 seconds) so repeated Week 1. And again!!! So done Week 1 three times as genuinely couldn’t face Week 2.

But guess what folks, just done Week 2 Run 1... and I nailed it!!! I mean it wasn’t easy BUT I DONE IT. No more W1 for me!

Feeling proud 😊

If it was easy it’d be easy πŸ˜‚... it needs to be challenging to push your physical development and also so that we can step out of a shop and not be caught in the stampede of runners if everyone did this.

Great job... hopefully you’ve gained some confidence in yourself getting through the step up. Enjoy the next one.

There will be many more runs where you surprise yourself.

I don't mean to put anyone off, but, it never feels easy lol!

If you manage to slow your pace a bit and finish each run and walk segment as the plan dictates then move on- trust the programme!

Well done πŸƒπŸ’ͺ

Well done Davina. I’ve also just completed W2R1. The extra 30 seconds per run does make a difference but great that you were able to push through

Hey Davina!! It's nice seeing people at exactly the same point as me. I feel everyone around me at home are all regular runners and don't understand when I say how hard it is to run for 90 seconds, haha. Glad to see you did it!! Bring on W2R2 tomorrow!! :-)
