I thought I’d posted my previous run by, alas, no😂
I must say, I am impressed. Both with myself and the gradual increases in the running work.
The hardest run so far was the first- the initial “I can’t run for 1 whole minute!”
But with the guidance of the app, Jo Wiley and this forum, it’s coming together and week three looks ... if not easy but achievable - and that’s a long way from where I was in week one. And I’m only in week 2!
Just waiting for some kind of ‘runners high’ now...
But, the feeling of achievement is enough at present
