We've started a running club for new C25K people at work. Perfect for me as it means I don't need to find the time after work (and end up giving in and not doing it). We did Week 1 last week and it went fairly well, everyone managed it at their own paces. I did feel very out breath and was struggling a lot after the 3rd run. That was Friday, so 2 days rest and we're out again in 30 mins time. Wish us luck :)

Good luck..nice and slow is best..don't worry about your breathing just try and recover during the walk break, and get through each run as slow as you can. 😊

You can do this...

Well done. That's a brilliant idea having a running club at work. good luck.

We've just got back and it was great! Thanks for the support. Everyone managed to get through it and I only struggled on the 2nd and last jog. The 2nd one was due to my breathing, then I listened to the app say 4 steps in and 4 steps out which I've read people struggled with, but I adjusted my pace and breathing until I managed it and that really worked for me. It was over in no time. I am so super dooper pleased :)

Great idea and good luck! I flew through W1 and came up short W2 because I was going too fast...sounds like you've found your pace now.
