I started the C25K this morning and by christ it was hard work. I was lying in bed and watching tv at 5.30am and just thought to myself, get up you lazy (bleep) and start running, so i did it and wow I just want to do it again tomorrow but I know i must not do too much too quick.
I have read an almighty loads of comments on here with everyone supporting each other and that gave me the push to join the community.
So even before I started this morning you have all helped me so much all ready

Congratulations on getting started. I know it gives u such a buzz finishing a run and u want to go out ASAP but ur right to wait. The rest days r so important. U will have tremendous support from people on here so keep posting the good and the bad! Enjoy! 👍🏼
From another 'lfc' John just take it easy. Forget 'run' and think 'jog' - keep the pace REALLY slow. Even W1R1 shouldn't feel like hard work to be honest, if done in the right way. Aim to finish each session feeling like you could do it again. Have a look at 'Japanese Slow Running' on YouTube or "Quick steps: The running shuffle
That’s great well done for getting up and out there. I found my first run very difficult to get up and go and do, but like you, I can’t wait for the next. I have done 4 in total now, just repeating wk1.
Keep going, you’ve made the biggest step and started. Well done 👍🏻
