hi everyone

Just finished week 5, run 3 and can't believe that I've done it!

I wanted to say thank you for all the helpful advice I have found on this site; it's nice to see the success of people who started off like myself as complete novices and see how many of you now enjoy each run - truly inspirational.

Well done on doing your first 20 . A heck of an achievement. Hope your grin lasts a long time, most of ours did.

Treat W6 with some respect it can catch you out going back to intervals. But you know the drill by now - slow and steady gets you there.

Good luck and happy running
