Great stuff. I used to count for the steady breathing when I first started. It really works and keeps you steady. Keep going

1,2,3,4 well done. 1,2,3,4 good for pacing and breathing, 1,2,3,4 Good Luck

Excellent mustkeepgoing just take your time. I find I don't need to count as my body tells me to breath. But your doing good. Try having a glass of water before you run if your getting leg pain. Don't ask me why but it works wonders for me. Keep at it your doing great J x

I wouldn't worry too much about counting breaths at this point as it is a lot to think about. Just remember to breathe in thru your nose and out thru your mouth nice and slowly. The breathing will come naturally in a few weeks. Like Jase said hydration is key so up your water intake as much as you can during the day and it should help with any pain/cramping. Well done you are doing fab!

Keep it up petal, technique comes later, just make sure you're breathing at all and you'll be okay!
